Music’s biggest night of the year is set to commence in just a few hours.
From musicians to lyricists, the Recording Academy will recognize excellence in the music industry across genres and the globe at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, held at the Crypto.com Arena in the heart of Los Angeles. This year’s show will feature 94 distinct awards.
Trevor Noah, this year’s master of ceremonies, has hosted the star-studded awards show for five years in a row. Grammy nominee Taylor Swift will also hit the stage to present a category during the show.
As for Grammy nominations, Beyoncé leads the pack with 11 nods for her countrified “Cowboy Carter” album, followed by Charli XCX, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and Post Malone, who all received seven nods. They’re trailed by a trio of artists scoring six nominations each: Taylor Swift and Grammy newcomers Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan.
A diverse slate of nominees, including André 3000 and Jacob Collier, will go head-to-head against pop music breakouts Carpenter and Roan for the coveted Album of the Year award. The category also features big names, from the award’s most decorated artist, Beyoncé, to four-time AOTY winner Swift.
