Travis Kelce, 35, revealed that his favorite Taylor Swift album is Tortured Poets Department, as revealed by a Nickelodeon reporter during a press conference at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on January 3. Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs are set to take on the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2025 Super Bowl on Sunday, February 9, at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Travis Kelce reveals his favourite Taylor Swift album
Taylor Swift’s 2024 album, The Tortured Poets Department, is considered a favorite by many Swiftie fans, including Travis Kelce, according to People magazine’s article. The album is a must-listen for fans of the singer.
NFL star Kelce revealed that he may be biased about his favorite record, The Alchemy and So High School, during a Super Bowl Night interview. The album features a few “bangers” and seems to be about him and football. “There’s a few on there that are bangers,” Kelce said during the interview before specifically naming “So High School” and “The Alchemy” — which both featuring strong lyrical nods to Kelce and football.
Kelce declined to confirm or deny the possibility of Taylor Swift releasing a re-recorded version of her album Reputation, stating that he could not provide any further information on the matter. Swift’s “So High School” song describes a quick romance blossoming, with fans noticing Kelce’s signature crinkling eyes when he smiles from ear to ear.
On the track’s first verse, Swift sings, “Are you gonna marry, kiss, or kill me / It’s just a game, but really / I’m bettin’ on all three for us two.” In a 2016 interview with AfterBuzz TV, Kelce played a “Kiss, Marry, Kill” game, choosing between Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, and Swift before ultimately “kissing” his future girlfriend.
Swift also cheekily mentions the subject’s penchant for football and how it differs from her life as a poetic songwriter with the lyric, “Truth, dare, spin bottles / You know how to ball, I know Aristotle / Touch me while your bros play Grand Theft Auto.”
Travis Kelce could help the Kansas City Chiefs make Super Bowl history by clinching an unprecedented three-peat in New Orleans and a fourth Super Bowl win in six years. However, his life could have been drastically different 15 years ago when a previous trip to New Orleans nearly ended his football career, and he would not have become an NFL player or be dating Taylor Swift.

Jason Kelce and Taylor Swift will be attending Sunday’s game, but they will have different loyalties. Jason, who supported Kansas City in last year’s Super Bowl, will not be supporting the Chiefs this weekend, as his wife Kylie is a Eagles fan. Swift’s father, Scott, grew up as an Eagles fan in Pennsylvania, so Kelce is uncertain who he will be rooting for.
