Largest California wildfires still less than 50% contained, but conditions improving

The National Weather Service says “things are starting to look better” for firefighters around Los Angeles with winds dying down and red flag warnings in the area being allowed to expire. Tens of thousands of people are still under evacuation orders though. CBS News correspondent Charlie De Mar has more.
