The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 kicked off with rollover contestant Ishita Gupta studying in class 7th from Bengaluru, Karnataka, as part of the kids’ special week. Host Amitabh Bachchan warmly encouraged Ishita, who shared that her friends often tease her about her voice, comparing it to a cartoon character. In a heartwarming gesture, Mr. Bachchan boosted her confidence by inviting her to start the show in his signature style, making the moment even more special. Big B also inspires the other kids, encouraging them to embrace their weaknesses as their superpower rather than letting others’ words affect them. Ishita had won Rs 40,000 in the previous episode and in the latest one, she went on to answer the next few questions correctly. For the Rs 3,20,000 question, Ishita takes the help of a lifeline ‘Gyanastraa’. Which of these is an Island Country? She changes the question. But before changing the question, she takes a guess and selects Option C) Oman but the correct answer is Option A) Bahrain. For the Gyanastraa, she selects her subject ‘Science’.
Host Mr Bachchan presents the question for Rs 3,20,000. Livestock animals are responsible for over 10% of the emission of which greenhouse gas responsible for global warming? Ishita selects Option C) Methane and wins the amount. She gets a standing ovation from the studio audience and Big B calls her ‘Too Good’.
Ishita tells Mr. Bachchan that she aspires to become a cardiologist when she grows up, as she wants to help people suffering from heart diseases and provide them with the best treatment. The young contestant reveals how she plans to have lots of villas, cars and accessories when she grows up. Big B says, “Superstar se bhi upar aap ban gayi hain.”
Ishita excitedly shares that after becoming a cardiologist, she plans to earn a lot of money and become rich. She dreams of becoming the richest person in the world and gaining fame along the way. Ishita enthusiastically shares that she plans to use the money she earns as a cardiologist to buy luxury villas, cars, bags, and accessories. Hearing this, host Amitabh Bachchan looks at her in shock. She elaborates on her dream of owning a five-story villa, with each floor dedicated to bags, accessories, and other luxuries. She also expresses her desire to own high-end cars like Lamborghini, Audi, Rolls Royce and BMW. Amused by her grand aspirations, Big B playfully turns his chair in the opposite direction and exclaims, “Ohh Teri, kya baat hai!” He then curiously asks if she knows how expensive these cars are and mentions that they can be quite difficult to drive and need special training. Big B jokes that he needs a break as he is not able to digest everything he heard.
Ishita plays Super Sandook and manages to answer six questions correctly. She earns Rs 60,000 and decides to revive her lifeline ‘Gyanastraa’. She again uses ‘Gyanstraa’ for Rs 12,50,000 question. Before skipping, she selects Option D)Shurasena as a guess work and it turns out to be a correct answer.

Ishita confidently selects Option C) Lead and wins Rs 12,50,000
Host Amitabh Bachchan next presents the question for Rs 25,00,000. Kharai, that is known for its swimming ability, is a breed of which animal? As she is not sure of the answer, she takes the help of ‘Audience Poll’ lifeline. She goes with the most voted answer and selects Option C) Camel. It is the correct answer.
Junior contestant Ishita is instantly drawn to host Amitabh Bachchan’s jacket and compliments him on his style. Amused, Big B playfully responds that he had been wondering why she hadn’t praised his jacket earlier, given her keen interest in fashion. Ishita insists on knowing from does Big B gets his jacket. Moving on Big B reads the question for Rs 50,00,000. According o legend, which ancient Greek dramatists died when a bird dropped a tortoise on his head? Ishita tales the help of her last lifeline ‘Ask the Expert’ lifeline. She selects Option B) Aeschylus and wins Rs 50 lakhs.

The contestant is not aware of the answer and she decides to quit the show. Before leaving she makes a guess and selects Option A) SS Brittany but the correct answer Option D) SS Mesaba.
