Crime Patrol Actor Raghav Tiwari Attacked in Mumbai Road Rage Incident

Actor Raghav Tiwari, known for his role in Crime Patrol, was attacked in a road rage incident in Mumbai’s Versova area on December 30. The confrontation began when Tiwari collided with a biker while crossing the road. Despite his immediate apology, the biker, identified as Mohammad Zaid, allegedly the son of director Parvez Shaikh, responded with abuse and violence.
Tiwari recounted that the biker, angered by the incident, got off his bike and stabbed him twice. After kicking Tiwari to the ground, Zaid pulled out a liquor bottle and an iron rod from his bike’s trunk to continue the assault. Tiwari managed to defend himself briefly by striking Zaid’s hand with a piece of wood, causing the bottle to fall.
However, the attack escalated further as Zaid hit Tiwari on the head twice with the iron rod before fleeing the scene. Tiwari’s friends rushed him to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Tiwari later approached the police to file a complaint but claimed that the authorities did not take immediate action, even after reviewing CCTV footage of the incident. He expressed frustration over the lack of arrests despite the severity of the attack.
The actor, who has also appeared in several Bollywood films, described the attacker as a ‘professional knife attacker,’ highlighting the vicious nature of the assault. Tiwari’s ordeal has raised concerns about road rage and the response of law enforcement in such incidents.
