Is Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2' being removed from theatres in North India despite it doing so well? Here's what we know!

Pushpa 2‘ is creating a huge storm at the box office. The film is turning out to be the highest grossing Hindi movie ever. While it’s on its way to touch Rs 1000 crore this week, the film had an ongoing issue with PVR INOX due to which, they were considering to remove it from theatres all over North India. Earlier as well, there was an issue with the Hindi version of south movies releasing in North India as the multiplexes wanted the window between the theatrical release and OTT release to be at least 8 weeks. This came in the favour of multiplexes.
Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan and shared, “BREAKING: Pushpa 2⃣ REMOVED✖️ from all PVR INOX chains in North India from Tomorrow.”

While this left everyone shocked, a few hours later, he gave another update. It read, “BREAKING: Pushpa 2️⃣ PVR INOX agreement issue now resolved✅ Shows opening slowly one by one⏳

This is quite a sigh of relief for the industry as the movie is actually doing much better in the Hindi version than the Telugu version.
‘Pushpa 2’ has already crossed Rs 1000 crore worldwide and is the fastest Hindi movie to do so. The film just completed two weeks on Thursday and just the second week collection stands at Rs 264 crore. The total collection is now Rs 991 crore.
